Prior to your birthing day, we will work together to address your physical and emotional needs and ensure that your prenatal experience brings about confidence for the upcoming day! Services during my two prenatal visits will include, assistance with creating a birth plan, discussion of what you would like to see happen during the birth
Prior to your birthing day, we will work together to address your physical and emotional needs and ensure that your prenatal experience brings about confidence for the upcoming day! Services during my two prenatal visits will include, assistance with creating a birth plan, discussion of what you would like to see happen during the birth and how you would like me to support you. Creating ideas and a list of relaxation techniques and pain management tools you wish to try during labor. Answering any questions you may have about what to expect. I will be available via email or phone between visits and up until the birth.

When labor starts I am a phone call away. Once you are in full labor and at your birthing site, I will be by your side. I understand the physiological and emotional needs of a woman in labor. I will help walk you through the stages of labor, help you through the contractions and make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. I will be there to support both you AND your partner in carrying out your birth plan and ensuring your birth experience is a beautiful event.

To ensure that you receive the best possible care for you and your newborn baby, I will remain present for up to two hours post partum to ensure that you are bonding, settled and comfortable. If you choose to breastfeed, I can assist in guiding baby to breast, give tips on breastfeeding and ensure a lactation consultant is notified.

To ensure that you receive the best possible care for you and your newborn baby, I will remain present for up to two hours post partum to ensure that you are bonding, settled and comfortable. Between two days to one week postpartum I will visit with you in your home (bring you a meal if desired) to make sure things are going well and check in on you and baby. As with pre-birth, I am available 24/7 via phone call or text too! 30 days post partum, should you need continued assistance I can refer you to a post partum doula to assist you.

Jennifer Krejcha, Doula
I am a wife, friend and mother to six children. Through my own deliveries I began to see the value and benefit of GOOD labor support and the effects it has in creating a good birth experience. I am also a certified massage therapist, so I understand the human body and how amazing it can be when allowed to work. My love for birth and a heart for moms led me into the birthing service field. I am a certified birth doula and member of DONA international.
